A resolution of the Mayor and City Council of the City of Cape Coral, Florida, approving the plat known as �Entrada West Commercial Park� Subdivision Replat.

This is a replat of two parcels to create easements required for development. Entrada West Commercial Park is located at the NW corner of Del Prado Blvd N. and De Navarra Pkwy; refer to attached location exhibit. Appropriate utility and drainage and access easements are provided. The property is served by city utilities.
If approved, service delivery for Parks, Law Enforcement, Fire and Rescue, Public Works, and Utilities will not be negatively affected.
